Situated on the same site as Barn Owl Cottage & the Coach House (for those looking for more than one property - Barn Owl is larger so better for 1 week stays with 4 guests, while the coach house also larger can accomodate up to 5 guests). This cottage has open planned kitchen & living with oak and tiled floors and high ceilings. It is fitted with a large fridge freezer, halogen hob and oven, microwave, WIFI broadband, CD/Radio/Ipod dock, TV with DVD and Free sat HD.

The bedrooms are carpeted with the option of having it set up as a double &r twin or as two double bedrooms on request. The luxury bathroom has a large bath, antique style shower and heated towel rail.

Twin room which can be set up as one king size double bed on request.

South facing lawned area, surrounded by hedging with colourful flower beds.

Patio:

Patio area with garden table and chairs.

BBQ:

Gas BBQ is available by request.

What's provided with your property

We want to ensure you have an enjoyable and comfortable stay with us. All our properties are finished to a high standard with large double beds, big baths, woodburning stoves and all the comforts you would wish for in a holiday property. Bed linen:

All Sheets, duvets and covers etc are provided along with towels (two for each person)

Electricity, cleaning etc:

There is no additional charge for electricity, water or cleaning with your booking.

Wood:

We provide firewood, kindling and firelighters for you. Our wood is well seasoned and dry.

Kitchen essentials:

We provide washing up liquid, hand soap, drying up clothes etc and basic cupboard items (tea and coffee).

Other items:

We can provide as required travel cots, high chairs, bed guards & gas BBQ on request. Just let us know what you need when enquiring about a booking.

Booking this property:
